We think it is important for you to experience concierge service from people who know your name and the people you serve. With us, you won’t see rotating project managers and analysts. We’re more than your vendor, we’re your partner, and oftentimes our customers call us their friends.
We employ creative and eager individuals, knowing that their energy will feed into our team, pushing us to new heights in customer service. We have blurred the lines between job titles and responsibilities, allowing our employees to learn skills apart from their formal education and often, outside of their comfort zone. This means that our team members love their positions and look forward to serving you every day.
As Chairman of the Board for JUMP Technology Services, Lee Buddrus helps maintain the vision of the company, helping it to remain in the forefront of the technological race, continuing to provide quality services and systems.

In addition to our customer support services and programming teams, JUMP customers enjoy the expertise and knowledge of our Rackspace Government Solutions partner staff for a fully compliant FedRAMP cloud infrastructure to support their critical applications. Rackspace has 21 years of experience meeting and exceeding government and commercial security requirements. Data centers are strategically placed in FedRAMP-authorized locations and our RGS private cloud architecture allows government entities to meet all NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP and organization-specific security requirements.
Whether your project includes interfaces, data migration, or some other customization, we care about your reputation and success. The JUMP Way is centered around 5 core components to ensure best case outcomes for your agency’s needs:
We provide annual support to the National Adult Protective Services Association by sponsoring field staff attendance at the conference. We pay for lodging and registration through our annual conference sweepstakes. NAPSA’s annual conference provides valuable training to APS field staff. In addition, many small programs find their sense of belonging to the larger community of APS workers and enhance their own programs through the network of support. We love watching these organizations evolve in their levels of service to their local communities.
Many small programs continue to struggle to find a budget that will fund an effective software solution. JUMP’s leadership periodically selects programs for significantly discounted service based on financial need and population demographics.
We are dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions that leverage the power of our proprietary software frameworks, the expertise of our certified expert technicians and engineers, and our lengthy experience in the field.
