Our Story

JUMP Technology Services

JUMP Technology Services began operations on July 1, 2000 following a shift away from the mainframe services provided by CIMCASE, Corporation — our predecessor. Built on decades of technical expertise for manufacturers, we moved towards PC-based, modern software solutions that aligned with emerging industry needs. From the beginning, we have made it our top priority to deliver optimal solutions by leveraging the knowledge, experience, and commitment of our team. Our organization is based upon strategic problem-solving, concept development, and a deep understanding of internal processes.

In late 2001, JUMP was selected by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Data Services Division (OKDHS DSD) to design and develop integrated systems for the Home and Community Services Eligibility System and also the Adult Protective Services System. JUMP was chosen for our custom software solutions and willingness to partner with the agency's vision to design innovative solutions that are still in use today.

Leading In Inovations Since
2000

Because of our work with OKDHS, we developed a deep understanding of the needs of programs that serve vulnerable adults. To us, this was more than a job. At the time, funding for elder justice programs did not exist and we felt confident that funding would be hard to acquire without data systems to tell the story of APS. The only catch was that state funded programs often struggled to budget staff resources let alone a comprehensive data system. To tackle this program, part of our team funded development of an affordable and comprehensive web based system through work on weekends, nights, and holidays. This system is known today as LEAPS. Eighteen months after release, we began working with two California counties and participating in discussions with six additional counties. Our commitment that no APS program that needed LEAPS would be turned away for lack of funding. Today LEAPS supports more than 57 APS programs in the United States.

"What’s important is that you have faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them.”
— Steve Jobs

Beyond Adult Protective Services

As our work expanded, we began to develop systems for service delivery and regulatory compliance which additionally supported seniors and vulnerable adults. Today, we provide our software services to support several aging programs across these counties and states, including but not limited to Adult Product Services, Home and Community Based Services, Area Agencies on Aging, ADRC, State Unit on Aging, Legal Services Developer, CQI, Public Authority, Public Guardian, Criminal Background Investigation, Residential Assisted Living Facility Licensing, and In-Home Supportive Services.
