Christy joined the JUMP Team in 2012, bringing her communications and client engagement background to her role as Product Manager. A certified Project Management Professional, she has worn many hats at JUMP, undertaking each role with a detail-driven approach.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

In 2013, David began his work at JUMP as a Software Engineer. He has contributed to numerous mobile applications and database projects. He has maintained a consistent focus on producing efficient and reliable code — while valuing collaboration and strategy.

Dilish
SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Dilish joined the JUMP team in 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. With a strong interdisciplinary background, he brings both technical and business perspectives to his work.

Jack
SR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Jack began his career at JUMP as an intern, joining the team full-time in 2010. In his time at JUMP, he developed a variety of software — across mobile, web, and windows applications. He approaches each project with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit.

Jerry
PROGRAM TRAINER

Jerry started at JUMP as the Lead Trainer for LEAPS in 2017. He has decades of experience in Adult Protective Services, overseeing and troubleshooting systems, and conducting statewide training. He applies these skills to support the team and drive success.

Maechelle
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Maechelle joined the JUMP Team in 2013. Utilizing her education in Business Administration — her duties range from project management to contracting. Her customer-first approach strengthens the services we provide for our clients.

Marissa
DATA ANALYST

Marissa joined the JUMP Team in 2015. Her education in Business Administration has informed her current position as a Data Analyst. From data analysis to marketing, her affinity to the advocacy of Human Services has played a central role in her work.

BOUNDS PRODUCT MANAGER

Michelle has been a full-time member of the JUMP Team since 2005. Her extensive expertise in Business Administration and Product Management has proven to be an asset to our team. Her work ethic is best defined by her diligence and streamline procedures.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / DATA ANALYST

In 2010, Stephanie joined the JUMP Team as a Data Analyst. She is certified in HTML and CSS, and carries out a variety of roles at JUMP; ranging from graphic design to data analysis. Her work at JUMP is a testament to her expertise and attention to detail.

CAPSTONE PRODUCT MANAGER

Veronica joined the JUMP Team in 2022 as a Product Owner. She holds a PhD in Human Services, and two decades of experience in Human Services. Her proficiency and insight has played an integral role in the development of our products and business practices.
